1、 Magnetic flap level gaugeOverview:
DS-WYUHZMagnetic flapA liquid level gauge is an instrument with a liquid level transmitter (remote transmission of electrical signals). The working principle of the liquid level transmission part (electrical part) is to use a magnetic float to act on a magnetic spring switch, causing a change in the resistance number connected to the circuit, thereby enabling the sensor part to generate a resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level change. By using a signal converter, the resistance signal can be converted into a 4-20mA current signal. The electronic components of this level gauge have almost no energy storage components such as capacitors and inductors. Can stack HART communication protocol or use RS485 bus communication.
In order to expand its scope of use, liquid level transmission devices can be added according to relevant standards and requirements to output various electrical signals. Among them, 4-20mA current signal is a commonly used one. For example, while monitoring the liquid level, the magnetic switch signal can be used to control or alarm the liquid level; On the basis of the phosphoric acid storage tank level gauge, a 4-20mA transmission sensor has been added. While monitoring the liquid level on site, the changes in the liquid level are transmitted to the control room through transmission sensors, cables, and instruments, achieving remote monitoring and control.
2、 How to accurately measure products:
1. The remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron is prohibited);
2. The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main pipe;
3. The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge;
4. The connection between remote transmission supporting instruments and display instruments or industrial control computers shall be separately laid through protective pipes or shielded two core cables;
5. After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other factors from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to malfunction. The junction box should be promptly covered after maintenance or debugging is completed.
