MOOGHydraulic servo valve mainly refers to electro-hydraulic servo valve, which, after receiving electrical analog signals, outputs modulated flow and pressure accordingly. It is both an electro-hydraulic conversion component and a power amplification component, capable of converting low-power weak electrical input signals into high-power hydraulic energy (flow and pressure) output. In the electro-hydraulic servo system, it connects the electrical part with the hydraulic part to achieve the conversion of electro-hydraulic signals and hydraulic amplification. The electro-hydraulic servo valve is the core of the electro-hydraulic servo system control.

It is an electro-hydraulic conversion and power amplification component. For example, for nozzle baffle servo valves, the accuracy requirement for oil is better than level 6 of NAS1638 standard (level 14/11 of ISO4406 standard), while for dynamic coil force motor servo valves or proportional directional valves, the accuracy requirement for oil is only level 7 of NAS1638 standard (level 15/12 of ISO4406 standard). The precision requirements for oil for proportional pressure valves or proportional disassembly valves can be lowered by another level, such as level 8 of NAS1638 standard (level 16/13 of ISO standard), which is close to the oil usage requirements of ordinary drag systems.
