The M-900 plus has high accuracy and precision, and has been praised by numerous users for its reliable analysis results, low cost, and fast speed. A single project testing can be completed in just 20 seconds. When multiple biochemical and ion testing parameters are selected, all parameters can be tested in 2 minutes, meeting customer needs.

The M-900 plus uses immobilized enzyme membrane hydrogen peroxide electrode and ion selective electrode to detect the concentration of the test sample. Fix the oxidase corresponding to the experimental substrate in the enzyme membrane and catalyze the production of hydrogen peroxide from the substrate. Hydrogen peroxide is measured through a hydrogen peroxide electrode, and the instrument obtains the electrical signal measured by the hydrogen peroxide electrode. The concentration of the test substrate is calculated from the hydrogen peroxide concentration.
Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) is an electrochemical sensor that can convert changes in ion concentration in a solution into changes in the potential of the corresponding electrode and reference electrode. The logarithm of ion concentration in the solution is linearly related to the electrode potential. Ionic selective electrode "refers to an electrode that is only sensitive to specific ions. For example, the ammonium electrode is only sensitive to ammonium ions in the solution and not sensitive to potassium ions.
M-900 plus automatically collects samples and imports them into the testing area. The test substance contained in the sample generates an electrical signal on a specific electrode. This instrument calculates the concentration of the measured substance by collecting electrical signals on the electrodes. Before testing, the instrument is automatically calibrated with a standard of known concentration, and the voltage value of the standard solution is a comparative measure of the concentration of the test substance. By comparing the voltage signal with the standard sample, the corresponding parameter concentration of the unknown sample can be obtained. After each measurement is completed, the sensor electrodes will be automatically cleaned by the system buffer and flow path cleaning solution, and the next test can be carried out after cleaning.
