Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

Before using the instrument, set the speed control knob to a small position.

In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when loading the culture test bottle, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If the number of culture bottles is insufficient, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal volumes of solution to fill the empty spaces.

The GTCS-2016 speed controller adopts a good high-speed microcomputer chip to sample and control the motor speed, with stable speed, intuitive and clear display, and the ability to set speed and time at any time through buttons. It also has data saving function. And it adopts dual digital display (upper row displays speed, lower row displays time), which is very intuitive and clear. Suitable for speed control of oscillators, shakers, electric mixers, and centrifuges.

　　Below is an example to illustrate the usage of the controller

Example: Set the oscillator to work 300 times per minute and stop working after 240 minutes.

1: Close the power switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value. (Last running speed)

The bottom row displays the original timing value

2: Press the "" (speed) key to set the speed to 300.

3: Press ▲/M (up key) to set the timer to 240.

4: Press the ▼/H (down arrow) to adjust the timing downwards (setting 0 minutes indicates continuous operation with an indefinite opening)

Press the RUN button to start the machine slowly until it reaches 300 revolutions per minute. At the same time, the timer will start (countdown), and then run steadily for 240 minutes before stopping. The END alarm will be displayed for 10 seconds. Timed operation completed.

6: Speed and time can be adjusted up and down both during standby and operation.

7: Pressing the STOP button can stop the operation at any time (at which point the timer also ends).

8: The green light is the running light, and the red light is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state.

　　Fault Symptoms, Display, and Handling

1: During the operation of the machine, if E1 is displayed and an alarm is triggered to stop, it indicates circuit overload protection. The load condition and mechanical transmission part should be checked to see if there is any oil loss or jamming.

2: After starting, the machine can operate but the speed displays 0. After a few seconds, it displays E2 and alarms to stop, indicating that the speed measurement circuit is abnormal. The sensor circuit and magnetic steel position should be checked.

3: If the machine runs quickly without pressing the start button when the power is turned on, it indicates that the power amplifier board is damaged and should be replaced and repaired.

Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their service life by keeping them in good working condition.

During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, and other debris falling onto the motor and control components, as well as to inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.

The bearings of the transmission department have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium nano base) before leaving the factory. The instrument should be lubricated every six months during continuous operation, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
