Material Properties

Stainless steel type: 316L stainless steel (low-carbon type) is used due to its excellent corrosion resistance (especially acid, alkali, organic solvents) and mechanical strength.

Surface treatment: Some joints undergo electrolytic polishing or passivation treatment to reduce surface adsorption and dead volume, making them suitable for high-sensitivity analysis.

Interface type:Thread specifications: commonly 10-32 or 5/16-24.

Sealing method: Cone seal (direct connection form), nut+blade ring (as shown in the figure).

Application precautions:

Dead volume control: Select a joint that matches the inner diameter of the pipeline to avoid peak broadening.

Compatibility: Confirm that the thread specifications match the chromatograph.

Installation tips:Avoid excessive tightening that may cause thread damage or seal failure.Use two wrenches to twist and prevent the pipeline from twisting.

Maintenance: Regularly check for leaks and replace aging seals.
