Compliant with the national standard GB8570.1-88 "Sampling of Liquid Anhydrous Ammonia Laboratory Samples", it is suitable for taking representative laboratory samples of liquid anhydrous ammonia (liquid ammonia) from steel cylinders, tank trucks, or storage tanks.

1. Using a constant pressure head and interference fit hot assembly process, the inner hole is positioned during processing to ensure uniform wall thickness of the sampler,
2. Higher tensile strength and better safety performance.
3. Full penetration argon arc welding ensures no leakage during sampling.
4. The sampler is equipped with screws, which are easy to clean after removal and can remove residual liquids.

Sampling preparation:

1. At room temperature, open needle valves A and B, connect the sampler to the connecting tube, and blow clean the installed sampling device with dry nitrogen gas (GB3864-83).

2. Move the sampling device into a constant temperature drying oven at 105~110 ℃, and continue to blow with dry nitrogen gas for at least 30 minutes through the inlet pipe connected to the connecting pipe and passing through the wall hole of the constant temperature drying oven.

3. Close needle valve A, remove the sampler, connect the vacuum pump to outlet valve B, evacuate until the pressure inside the sampler reaches 100Pa or lower, and maintain this pressure for no less than 30 minutes.
4. Close needle valve B and cool the sampler.
5. Weigh the empty sampler on a balance to the nearest 1g.
