Liquefaction process (cassava raw material)

The slurry from the mixing tank is fed into the cyclone sand removal machine through the slurry pump for sand removal, and then enters the slurry temporary storage tank where amylase is added. The slurry in the temporary storage tank is transported by the slurry pump to the 1 # and 2 # spiral plate heat exchangers for heat exchange with the liquefaction mash in the post liquefaction tank. It then enters the pre liquefaction tank and is transported by the liquefaction mash pump to the spray liquefier for cooking and liquefaction. The cooking temperature is 105 ℃, the liquefaction temperature is 95 ℃, and the liquefaction time is about 120 minutes.
