(1) Our factory has three mature processes for large-scale equipment board lining, three-dimensional rolling lining, and isostatic pressing. We can produce F4 anti-corrosion equipment with any specification of lining according to the user's drawing requirements. There is no limit to vertical or horizontal, and branch pipes can be opened at any position with a length of 100mm;
(2) The thickness of lining F4 is generally 2-10mm, which can be selected arbitrarily;
(3) The upper and lower heads can be lined separately from the cylinder, or they can be lined as a whole. The depth of the elliptical head is one sixth of the diameter;
(4) The inner wall of the equipment steel shell should be flat and smooth, with a flange edge radius R of 6-10mm, and a branch pipe and flange edge radius R of 3-5mm;
(5) Scrapped old enamel pots can also be repaired and lined with F4 for reuse;
(6) Inspection standard: Use an electric spark flaw detector for detection, with a detection voltage of 25kV, a frequency of 1.9 * 106Hz, and a probe F4 surface movement speed not exceeding 50mm/sec to ensure that the qualified product is not penetrated.

The Steel Plastic Hot Roll Coating Integrated Composite Pipe Series (ST/PE, ST/PO, ST/PP, ST/PPS) is a new type of pipeline transportation engineering product that introduces advanced hot melt rolling lining technology from abroad. It uses carbon steel as the substrate and tightly integrates specially formulated thermoplastic with steel substrate, which has good bonding strength with steel, negative pressure resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance of steel and plastic. It is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for the transportation of corrosive gases, liquids, solid slurries and other fluid media, and does not produce toxic pollution to the transported media. It can be widely used in various industries such as chemical, power, petroleum, textile, tap water, and wastewater treatment We can design and manufacture various specifications of straight pipes, elbows, tees, tees, and non-standard parts according to requirements.
Working temperature: Polyolefins (PO. PE. PP):- 40 ℃ to 85 ℃. Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS):- 60℃~120℃. Working pressure: positive pressure 5Kpa~1.6MPa, negative pressure:- 0.096MPa.
Polyolefins (PO. PE. PP) are suitable for various concentrations of acid-base salt solutions and certain organic solutions. Corrosion resistance: able to withstand phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, organic acids, alkalis, salts, etc. Wear resistance: resistant to solid particle wear, with a wear resistance equivalent to 7.3 times that of low carbon steel. Anti scaling properties: The plastic used has a low surface tension and minimal affinity with common solid substances, making it less prone to scaling and adhesion. Fluid transport: The surface is smooth, the friction resistance is low, and the fluid energy consumption is low??? Toxic: Plastic does not contain toxic substances and is suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries without causing pollution.
Suitable media for TD-PPS: inorganic acids, organic acids, salts, bases, oxidants, etc; Operating temperature: -60 ℃~+110 ℃ Point: Has excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, electrical performance, and adhesion; In terms of corrosion resistance, it is second only to polytetrafluoroethylene. The rotational molding process technology can form containers, towers, tanks or large pipelines in one go, and its performance is superior to rubber lining, plastic plates (pipes), fiberglass, stainless steel, etc. At present, no solvent has been found to dissolve it within 120 degrees, and steel lined PPS is an ideal material to replace polytetrafluoroethylene.
