The ZF hydrogen needle valve series needle shaped gas regulating valve (micro regulating valve) is developed on the basis of digestion and absorption technology, used for regulating gas flow rate. It is mainly designed for gas chromatographs and is also widely used in petrochemical, instrumentation, general laboratories and other occasions that require flow regulation. 1. Purpose:

The ZF series needle shaped gas regulating valve is used for precise adjustment of gas flow, mainly designed for gas chromatographs. It has high adjustment accuracy, small size, and a length of only about 5c. It can be used in conjunction with gas flow measurement and control systems, becoming a small electronic flow control regulator with feedback function.

The biggest feature of the ZF series needle shaped gas regulating valve is its dual function of switch and flow regulation, which can easily open and close the gas path without affecting the flow rate, ensuring the repeatability of the flow.

4. Precautions

1) Turn the knob counterclockwise to turn on, and vice versa to turn off;

2) The valve needle is open when it is counterclockwise, and closed when it is counterclockwise;

3) When checking the closure of the valve, be sure to open it counterclockwise to the maximum position and turn the knob clockwise to the end. This is the closed state, otherwise the valve needle will break;

4) In the working state, the knob remains in the counterclockwise open position, allowing for easy adjustment of the needle valve.
