A spirit level is a tool for measuring small angles, mainly used to measure the tilt angle relative to the horizontal position. The correctness of the zero position of the level directly affects the accuracy of the measured angle. IIstructural principle

4Usage
1. Zero adjustment of bubbles in bar level and frame level
Place the inspected level against the two positioning blocks vertically and horizontally, so that one end of the bubble is tangent to the long engraved line. Then, convert the inspected level to 180 ° and observe whether the previous end was tangent to the long engraved line. If the tangency is within the allowable error range, it is qualified.
2. Zero position calibration of the lower plane of the level instrument
Firstly, check whether the horizontal working surface meets the technical requirements of the calibration specification. Then, place the level gauge tightly against the positioning on the zeroing workbench. 3. Zero position calibration of V-shaped groove under the level
Place the V-shaped groove under the tested level on the zero adjustment worktable of the SY-300B level zero position calibrator, and tilt the level around the core axis by ± 5 °. The movement of bubbles should not exceed 1/2 of the division value. Verify and process data in the same order as the plane under verification.
4. Zero position calibration on both sides of the level
Place the center of the lower plane of the level being inspected 5-10mm away from the parallel ruler on a cushion rod, and make its side working surface rest on the working surface of the parallel ruler.
