Daily maintenance points:
1. Use the bottom adjustment screw of the intelligent mold incubator to adjust the height and make the incubator settle and shake.
When inserting into a power socket, the power supply should be well grounded. Press the power door, and the display screen will light up. At this time, the display screen will show the actual temperature and humidity inside the incubator.
2. The device of the intelligent mold cultivation box humidifier is to insert the power socket of the humidifier into the power socket on the back of the instrument, and then connect the humidification tube of the instrument to the humidifier, which must be tightly connected. The addition of water to the humidifier water tank must be operated accurately according to the instructions.
3. Intelligent mold incubator humidity adjustment: Press the humidity setting knob. The number is displayed as the set value. Surround the humidity control flood level gauge to the desired humidity level. Grasp the knob and the number displays the actual humidity of the smart mold incubator. When the actual humidity in the cultivation room is higher than the set humidity, humidification will humidify the cultivation room, and the humidification indicator light will turn on; When the actual humidity in the cultivation room is higher than the set humidity value, the humidifier stops working and the humidification indicator light goes out.
If the box does not require disinfection, the disinfection door on the panel should be closed.
5. After setting the temperature, it is not allowed to wrap the temperature control button one way at will to avoid the compressor repeatedly starting, causing compressor overload and reflecting the service life of the compressor.
6. There are two sets of safety boxes on the back of the intelligent mold incubator. 2A is the safety wire box for cooling and heating loads, and 8A is the safety wire box for control power supply. If there is a malfunction in the operation of the tool, such as a temperature control failure, if there is no heating or cooling, the flow source must be cut off, the safety wire must be confirmed to be intact, and the corresponding position must be checked.
7. Be careful when loading and unloading, and the angle between the loading and unloading and the degree surface should not be less than 45 degrees.
When the temperature is low, the drain in the drain pan located at the bottom of the box should be poured out.
When the humidity sensor is in a high humidity state for a short period of time, condensation will form, resulting in a high humidity display value. If the desired humidity display value is required, the light should be turned off, the incubator door should be opened, and the humidity sensor should be at room temperature. After drying, it can continue to be used.
