Let me explain the sterile homogenizer. In order to facilitate cleaning, the homogenizer adopts a fully open door and a glass window design for easy observation of the actual effect during experiments. The sample does not come into contact with the homogenizer, and only needs to be systematically cleaned when the sample leaks. The homogenization is soft, the sample is not contaminated, damaged, heated, sterilized, and does not require washing of the vessel. The sterile homogenizer uses a large LCD display on the screen, and the homogenization time can be adjusted as needed. The homogenization speed can also be adjusted and fixed. When sterile, disposable filter bags are used to ensure safety.
Homogenizer is a self-developed sterile homogenizer that makes the process of extracting bacteria from solid samples very simple. Simply add the sample and diluent into a sterile sample bag, and then place the sample bag into a tapping homogenizer to complete the sample processing. Effectively separate uniform samples of microorganisms contained within and on the surface of solid samples, ensuring that all samples are mixed in sterile bags. The processed sample solution can be directly sampled and analyzed without the risk of sample changes or cross contamination.

1) The power plug must be securely plugged in. If it becomes loose, it may affect the computer controller and cause it to crash. If a crash occurs, please turn off the rear power switch and restart it after 3 minutes of shutdown.

2) Please do not open the homogenizer door casually while working on the hammer plate to prevent the sample liquid from overflowing. The equipment should automatically stop running according to the "on/off" mode. After closing the door, press the "on/off" button again, and the equipment will automatically complete the remaining work. Do not reverse the operation.

3) If the instrument is not used for a long time, the power should be cut off and the plug should be unplugged. Prevent the aging of electronic components inside the sterile homogenizer.

4) The bottom of the homogenizer door is designed to be empty to prevent accidental rupture of the homogenization bag and facilitate cleaning of spilled material. A water tray can be placed at the bottom, so please do not insert your hands from the bottom when the instrument is running to avoid scratching your fingers. Do not open the homogenizer door during operation, as it may cause unnecessary damage.

5) Before operating the machine, please carefully check for any foreign objects inside the homogenization box to avoid malfunctions and damage to the homogenization bag during operation.

6) Hard and sharp substances such as lumps, bones, and ice should not be used to avoid damaging the homogeneous bag.

7) The storage of instruments and homogenization bags should avoid direct sunlight exposure, especially the homogenization bags should be stored in a place without sunlight or UV exposure to prevent aging.

8) When the quantity is small and the speed needs to be increased, or when the homogeneous fibers are relatively tough, the distance between the tapping plate and the visible window can be adjusted with the knob at the back to achieve better homogenization effect. Pay attention to adjusting the distance to avoid damage to the sterile homogenizer such as air strikes.

1. Put the test sample to be processed into a sterile homogeneous bag.

2. Open the homogenizer door (can be fully opened) and clamp the sterile bag opening when closing the homogenizer door.

3. Set the usage program (such as tapping speed, tapping time, etc.) to perform tapping homogenization work.

4. After the experiment is completed, open the homogenizer door and take out the sample.
