Advanced vulcanization mold design

Each MonTech vulcanization mold system is a precise toolkit to ensure the highest sample preparation accuracy and optimal results.

All MonTech molds and covers are made of high-strength stainless steel, which can withstand even highly corrosive compounds and materials. The manufacturing of each template includes tempering to eliminate all strains of the material, coplanar grinding to achieve the highest parallelism, machining with a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.002 millimeters, polishing, final inspection, and quality control.

In addition, the mold can also selectively install sensors for measuring force, flow rate, and temperature distribution, thereby achieving simple sample preparation, production testing, and vulcanization simulation testing while collecting data.
