FT 3000Demosiya fatigue testing machineDesigned for use in rubber and material development, as well as other fields that require dynamic testing of rubber samples, it can operate continuously in applications such as quality control.

FT 3000 is a direct linear drive fatigue tester;
Provide complete testing to demonstrate material properties, such as flexural crack/crack growth testing and tensile fatigue testing conducted in accordance with ISO 132, 6943, ASTM D 430-B, ASTM D 813, DIN 53522-1/2/3.
This instrument is designed for continuous operation in compound/material development laboratories and industrial applications, such as process quality control in rubber factories, which require repeated testing of rubber samples to evaluate dynamic material properties.
The optional arbitrary waveform programming and CCD camera data acquisition system make it easy to set up and adapt to the testing needs of each customer.
The sample preservation system is located in a hot chamber with precise control of the thermal environment. This 120 liter heating and cooling chamber allows temperatures ranging from -40 ° C to+180 ° C, covering almost all possible application environments. Due to the design of the three-stage closed-loop cooler and compressor, excellent temperature uniformity of+/-1 ° C can be achieved without the need for gas or external media during the cooling process.

FT 3000 CH sensor fixture system with a single fixture (instead of a standard fixture)
Used to accurately measure the complete cycle of sample failure. Each position in the sample rack has a variable fixture for individually installing samples. Equipped with an integrated non-contact tension precision sample sensor, it can accurately detect the cycle of sample failure. The fault time (in cycles, minutes, or seconds) will be automatically transmitted to the software and stored.
