Laboratory particle counting systemThe use of injection bottle sampling is mainly used for measuring the contamination level of solid particles in oil, polymer solutions, and gel solutions. Based on the principle of light blocking, a single particle counting system is designed and manufactured. Due to the use of specially manufactured sensing cells and the selection of precision optical components, high resolution and accuracy can be ensured. Each particle detected by the sensor will be counted according to its size. Due to the setting of up to 32 adjustable particle size channels, a complete particle number and size distribution map can be displayed. According to the ISO-11171 calibration method, the 4-micron, 6-micron, and 14 micron code systems are used.

The classification function of any standard of the German Parmus SBSS particle size analyzer
Within the particle size range of the sensor, the number and size of particles can be classified according to any national or international standard (e.g. ISO-4406, NAS1638, SAE749d, ASTM, etc.).
Calibration of the German Pamas SBSS particle size analyzer sensor: The sensor calibration is carried out according to ISO-11171 and ISO-4402. Calibrate the pulse height with micro lotion standard according to ANSI/NFPA T2.9.6R1-1900, ASTM F658-80, or according to personal standards, or USP XXIV.
The PAMAS SBSS pre adjustable automatic sample vacuum system has up to 32 particle size channels that can be freely adjusted. Threshold adjustment is achieved through a D/A converter for vacuum sampling (pressure up to 10 bar) and high-pressure sampling (pressure up to 30 bar).
