The design of this machine fully considers the various special requirements of chemical waste liquid technology for centrifuges, and optimizes the main functional components for specificity and adjustability. • High degree of automation. The feeding, separation, unloading and other processes of this machine are continuously and automatically carried out at full speed. It can directly communicate with microcomputers to achieve process automation control.

The operating environment is good. The separation of materials by this machine is carried out under closed conditions, without any pollution to the operating site, and can maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the production environment.

Strong corrosion resistance. The rotating drum, spiral, and casing of this machine, which come into contact with materials, are all made of stainless steel and have sufficient acid and alkali resistance. Other materials can also be used according to the user's needs.

Good wear resistance. According to user requirements, the spiral blades of this machine adopt world advanced wear-resistant processes such as welding hard alloy or embedding hard alloy sheets, greatly improving the service life of the spiral body.

This machine adopts frequency conversion technology to achieve smooth starting of the host, stepless adjustable speed and dynamic intelligent control, which can automatically adapt to process fluctuations. If the user needs it, constant torque control can also be achieved.

Good operational stability. This machine adopts an involute planetary gear differential and has our unique low oil level operation technology. Low working temperature, high transmission torque, and reliable performance. The main bearing of the drum adopts lubricating oil circulation lubrication, which can effectively improve the operating speed and adapt to high temperature conditions.

The main motor can be configured with ordinary, variable speed, and explosion-proof types, and users can choose them themselves.

Low energy consumption. This model adopts advanced variable frequency speed regulation technology, with minimal impact on the power supply network and energy consumption of 1/3 to 1/2 of similar products.

• Smooth operation. We have implemented precision dynamic balancing of parts and dynamic balancing of the working speed of the whole machine. The factory standard for vibration intensity of the horizontal screw centrifuge is below 5mm/s, far lower than the 7.1mm/s specified in JB/T 502-2004 "Technical Conditions for Spiral Discharge Sedimentation Centrifuge".

Low noise level. The noise pressure level is below 85dB (A) and below the 90dB (A) specified in JB/T 502-2004 "Technical Conditions for Spiral Discharge Sedimentation Centrifuge".

The protective devices are complete and reliable. This machine is equipped with multiple protections such as torque protection, power control, electrical interlocking, sound and light alarms, which can effectively eliminate or reduce the damage caused by sudden faults to the machine.
