2、 Working principle and main equipment performance characteristics
1. Working principle: The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of this hot blast stove are integrated, using a multi-layer sleeve structure made of all steel plates. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, and the upper and surrounding areas are circular heat exchangers The device, air, and flue gas all have dual return paths for heat exchange. Main working process: Coal combustion generates high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, which enters the smoke ring under the action of the fan, exchanges heat with the outside air, and is discharged from the chimney through the flue. 3、 Installation instructions
Preparation before installation: After the hot blast stove is transported to the site, in order to operate quickly, the following preparations must be made before installation:
1. Personnel allocation
The installation of the hot blast stove must be carried out by a dedicated person, with the participation of the stoker, and equipped with fitters, lifting workers, refrigeration workers, welders, and auxiliary workers.
2. Organize relevant personnel to study materials
Organize relevant personnel to familiarize themselves with technical documents such as hot air stove drawings, installation and operation manuals, in order to understand and master installation, lifting, operation and other matters.
3. Determine installation location
(1) It is best to install in a location close to the heat source to shorten the hot air pipeline, reduce infrastructure costs, and minimize heat loss in the pipeline.
(2) The storage and transportation of fuel and ash are convenient.
(3) The road is unobstructed during the installation and transportation of the hot air stove.
(4) The layout of the hot air stove room should have sufficient lighting, good ventilation, and no water accumulation on the ground. To ensure convenient operation and maintenance, there is a gap of 4-5 meters in front of the furnace and 1.5-2 meters behind the furnace,There is a 2-meter gap on both sides, and the height of the hot air stove room should not be less than the height of this stove plus 1 meter.
(5) Toxic, flammable, and explosive materials are strictly prohibited from being stored in the hot air stove room.
(6) The doors and windows of the hot air room should open outward, and the rest room and windows should also open outward.
4. Foundation preparation
Construction of grounding foundation diagram, marking the reference line for the installation of the hot air stove body, and pouring concrete for the foundation of the hot air stove. The installation of auxiliary equipment should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the auxiliary equipment user manual
The foundation should be based on the actual object, and the auxiliary machine foundation should be poured.
5. Equipment acceptance
(1) After the hot air stove is transported, the components should be counted according to the manufacturing company's list, and the integrity of the equipment should be checked based on the installation drawing of the hot air stove. It is also necessary to check whether the large components of the hot air stove are transported during transportationDamage, deformation, and other conditions. If there is damage, deformation, etc., the installation department refuses to install.
(2) If the boiler body needs to be lifted, its lifting capacity shall not be less than its own weight.
① Installation of hot blast stove body
The hot air stove should be placed on a horizontal foundation, and the furnace body should be perpendicular to the ground. Its inclination should not exceed 10mm, otherwise the lower side should be elevated. The center of the hot air stove body should be aligned with the foundationThe center should be perpendicular, and the deviation should not exceed 5mm.
② Construction of furnace wall
1. Construction preparation
(1) Clay bricks, refractory bricks and other related refractory materials should be prepared with an increase of 10% in quantity according to the drawing.
(2) Special personnel shall inspect the appearance of all materials for completeness and any damage.
2. Furnace construction requirements
(1) The on-site pouring part inside the furnace should be carried out according to the drawings. To ensure the size, molds should be used as much as possible.
(2) The mortar for brick joints should be full and free of impurities and flammable materials. The mortar joint is generally 1.5mm.
(3) The surface inside the furnace should be flat and there should be no excess slurry squeezed out.
③ Installation of blower, induced draft fan, hot air duct and flue
First, place the blower, induced draft fan, and dust collector in place and fix them with anchor screws. Assemble and connect the flue and hot air duct on site, and embed asbestos ropes at each flange connection to ensure tightness and prevent damage
Stop air leakage. After installing the blower and induced draft fan, check for any defects such as jamming or air leakage, and then connect the main power supply for a test drive to check if the motor direction is correct and if there is any friction noiseIs the temperature of the electric motor normal. The cold operation of the induced draft fan and the start-up of the cold furnace should not exceed 5 minutes, and the regulating valve should be closed to avoid burning out the motor. ④ Installation of electrical control cabinet
Before installing the electrical control cabinet, a detailed inspection should be carried out.
1. Whether there is any damage on the exterior of the electrical control cabinet, whether the button markings are complete, whether the internal components and circuits are damaged or disordered, and whether there are obvious markings on each wiring.
2. Is the instrument wiring conduit supporting the electrical control cabinet complete and undamaged.
3. After the installation of the electrical control cabinet body, the wiring should be carried out according to the requirements of the drawing manual. The box shell needs to be grounded, and the machine can be powered on for testing while ensuring insulation.
4、 Operation method
1. Inspection before ignition of hot blast stove
a、 Are there any impurities in the furnace;
b、 Whether the refractory bricks and reflective boards built are intact;
c、 Whether the wiring of the fan is correct and the operating status is good;
d、 Are all devices functioning properly.
2. Oven drying
Drying oven is an important and meticulous task, which should be carried out carefully according to this regulation. Do not rush or rashly engage in it. After newly building or replacing refractory bricks and reflector plates in the furnace, drying should be carried out
Furnace. The usual duration is 4 hours.
(1) Do not start the flue induced draft fan during baking, only open the regulating valve to maximize its opening.
(2) Stack dry wood or sawdust on the grate, ignite and burn, and add wood or sawdust appropriately during combustion to ensure that the temperature of the furnace top smoke chamber does not exceed 80 ℃.
(3) After the oven is completed, add coal and heat according to the requirements of the heating equipment.
3. Ignite
After meeting the requirements of the oven, add a small amount of coal evenly. After the coal burns, gradually stir its red fire around until the entire furnace is filled with coal fire before increasing the coal distribution
Start the flue induced draft fan (but adjust the valve opening angle not to exceed 15 degrees) to raise the fire in the entire grate, then start the blower and adjust the valve opening angle to 30 degrees.
4. Safe Economy
When a coal-fired hot blast stove operates normally, it should have a flat fire bed, solid and uniform flames, a light yellow color, no cold air vents, and light gray smoke coming out of the chimney.
(1) With the normal combustion of coal, the temperature continues to rise, and the hot air outlet temperature must not exceed the maximum operating temperature indicated on the nameplate.
(2) The key to a hand fired stove lies in its ability to burn. Therefore, the stoker should achieve "three diligence" and "four speed". The "Three Diligences" are: diligent in adding coal, diligent in stirring fire, and diligent in
Poke the fire. The "four fast" are: opening and closing the furnace door quickly, but the action is light; Add coal quickly and evenly; Quick ignition action, no cross cold air vents allowed; Quick slag removal, be careful not to damage the furnace wall.
To ensure stable performance of the hot blast stove and reduce coal consumption.
(3) The thickness of the coal seam is generally 100-200mm, and it is determined based on the weight of the coal.
(4) Coal should be quantitatively added strictly based on the low calorific value and the load of heating equipment calibrated in the coal quality test report.
5. Shutdown of furnace
There are generally three situations for shutdown: temporary shutdown, emergency shutdown, and normal shutdown.
Temporary shutdown: During lunch breaks, nighttime, short breaks, or when heating equipment needs to be stopped for a short period of time, the method of pressing the fire can be used to solve the problem (stop the induced draft fan, close the regulating valve, and wait for the hot air outlet) Stop the blower when the temperature drops below 50 ℃, so that when the rest is over or the heating equipment needs heating, it can resume normal operation as quickly as possible.
Emergency shutdown: In the event of a sudden power outage or unexpected malfunction of heating equipment requiring maintenance during operation, the boiler should be shut down urgently. Stop the flue induced draft fan and open its regulating valve to the maximum Press the fire and open the furnace door. During operation, it is extremely important to avoid power outages as they can greatly reduce the lifespan of the hot air stove.
Normal shutdown: A planned shutdown that occurs after the completion of work or when a long period of maintenance is required. At this time, the upper part of the reflector, the dust cleaning door, and the dust collector should be cleaned to remove all the dust in the furnace Clean up the slag thoroughly. During the shutdown period, a container containing over 20 kilograms of quicklime should be placed on the grate.
6. Precautions
(1) If the hot air stove is activated, it must be carried out under normal power supply.
(2) Before starting the fan, check whether the regulating valve is in the zero position. After starting for half a minute, gradually open it to the normal position.
(3) After shutting down the furnace and pressing the fire, turn off the induced draft fan, but the blower still needs to work until the outlet temperature of the hot air is below 50 ℃ before stopping.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep of the crew
1. Always pay attention to the operation of the fan and the heating of the motor. If any abnormal phenomena occur, the cause should be promptly identified and eliminated. If necessary, the machine should be stopped for inspection.
2. The bearings of the induced draft fan are often injected with butter to ensure good lubrication.
3. If the refractory bricks and reflector plates inside the furnace are damaged, they should be shut down for repair or replacement in a timely manner, otherwise it will affect the performance and service life of the hot blast stove.
4. During the shutdown period, quicklime should be placed on the grate (in a container, not less than 20 kilograms) to keep the furnace dry and prevent rusting and corrosion of the metal surface.
5. Before the formal power supply operation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage is normal, and it should not be started if it is too high or too low.
6、 Technical safety and labor protection
1. The stoker should have a qualified certificate of specialized training.
2. The stoker should strictly follow this manual and operating procedures.
3. Stokers should be equipped with protective gloves, goggles, and helmets.
