N6705B DC power analyzerIntegrating up to 4 advanced power supplies with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, and data loggers can significantly improve the efficiency of providing DC voltage and current to the tested component and conducting measurements. N6705B can independently measure the current of the tested object without the need to use multiple devices to construct complex measuring devices including sensors (such as current probes and splitters). It also does not require the development and debugging of programs to control instrument combinations and perform effective measurements, as the front panel already provides all functions and measurements. It can also be used with the 14585A control and analysis software for more powerful control and analysis functions. If automatic workbench settings are required, N6705B can be programmed through GPIB, USB, LAN, and complies with LXI Class C standards.
