Scope of Application

The coal testing equipment of Hebi Keda Co., Ltd., the automatic mixing machine for coal bonding index, is a new product that is matched with the coal bonding index measuring instrument. It adopts a microcomputer timing and mixing control method, strictly designed according to the requirements of mixing and mixing experimental coal samples with anthracite coal, ensuring the control of mixing speed, inclination angle and time, making the experimental results accurate and reliable, and improving the consistency of experimental results.

(1) The product should be securely placed on the laboratory workbench, with a spacious indoor area and moderate brightness.

(2) Before starting up the machine, careful inspection should be carried out on the products and other instruments and facilities used, especially checking that the wiring of the electrical system is correct and secure. Any abnormal situations should be promptly dealt with.

(3) Operators should be professionally trained personnel who are familiar with this user manual and related supporting mechanical and electrical equipment, instruments, facilities, etc. Unqualified operators are not allowed to operate on duty.

(4) When the instrument product malfunctions during startup, the power should be immediately turned off and the machine should be stopped for inspection.

1. Mixing section

Put a certain amount of coal sample and a certain amount of anthracite (inert substance) into the crucible, click the "Start" button on the "Mixing Control" panel twice, and stir according to the national standard GB/T5447-1997 to mix evenly, so that the coal sample (small particle size) adheres evenly to the surface of the anthracite (large particle size).

2. Static pressure section

Place the pressure block onto the mixed coal, and then place the crucible on the static pressure tray of the instrument?? Click the "Static Pressure" button twice on the "Drum Control" section of the panel to perform static pressure. All processes will be automatically completed by the instrument, and the prompt sound will end.

3. Measurement section

Then open the drum cover, gently place the coke to be tested inside the drum, tighten the drum cover, and click the "Start" button in the "Drum Control" section of the panel to start working normally. After automatic drum stop, the buzzer will sound an alarm for * * seconds. Open the drum cover, gently remove the coke, and then conduct each drum test according to relevant regulations.

After the test is completed, disconnect the power and wipe the instrument clean.

The colloid generated from the middling coal sample in the process of carbonization binds the particles of anthracite together, and then a special drum is used for the rotary milling test to determine the abrasion resistance of coke, so as to judge the adhesion ability of the coal sample (the colloid in the coal) to anthracite, and then a specific formula is used to calculate the adhesion of the coal sample.

The three experiments are controlled separately and do not affect each other, and can work independently or simultaneously.
