1. The instrument should be protected from dust and corrosive gases and used in a dry environment. If not used for a long time, please keep it properly. When moving instruments, they should be handled with care, especially the furnace body, to prevent the silicon carbon tubes from being damaged by earthquakes.
2. Introduction to fully automatic sulfur analyzer: If the flow rate displayed by the flowmeter is still less than 1000ml/min after cleaning the sintered glass plate, or although it can reach 1000ml/min, there are no bubbles or very few bubbles at the melting plate. It is necessary to check whether there are leaks in the components from the electromagnetic pump to the electrolytic cell, including the latex tube of the gas purification tube, silicone rubber tube, rubber ring plug, and electrolytic cell. Also check if the flow meter, combustion tube, and drying tube are blocked, and if the air pump wrist is broken.
3. The sample delivery unit is a mechanical action and requires regular maintenance. If some lubricating oil is added at the small pulley. Do not touch the indicator level and electrolytic level, otherwise it may dirty the level. Once the indicator level is stained, endpoint control fails, often leading to excessive titration. At this point, clean the electrode with ethanol or acetone.
