It is suitable for measuring the wear rate of granular catalysts, catalyst carriers, and other materials. Widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, and scientific research.

The KM-6 particle abrasion tester is designed and developed by our company based on the technical indicators of the American ASTM D4058-96 (Reapproved 2015) "Standard Test Method for Wear of Catalysts and Catalyst Carriers". It is suitable for measuring the wear rate of granular catalysts, catalyst carriers, and other materials. Widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, and scientific research.
  
Main functions
  
This instrument adopts LCD display, uses Chinese and English menus, is easy to operate, and the set parameters have power-off memory function, without the need for repeated settings. Using high-power stepper motor transmission and high-precision microcontroller control, the work is smoother and the speed is accurate. This instrument provides two working modes, abrasion and screening, to meet the different requirements of catalyst research and production units.
