Do you know how to install wet ball gauze in a low-temperature constant temperature bath

Firstly, the editor will introduce the installation steps of the wet bulb gauze in the low-temperature constant temperature bath. First, take out the wet bulb gauze from the packaging bag, and then put it on the wet bulb temperature sensor. Sometimes, due to the large volume of the wet bulb gauze, it is difficult to install it, so it can be disassembled by hand and placed on the sensor.

The next step is to inspect the wet ball gauze. According to regulations, the upper end of the wet ball gauze must be hung on the wet ball sensor, and its lower end should be placed in the water tank of the wet ball gauze, making it easier for it to absorb the moisture in the tank. If the wet ball gauze is installed in other parts of the low-temperature constant temperature bath, it may not be able to fully absorb water, resulting in the illusion that the humidity in the bath cannot be reduced or the humidity control system may malfunction. When conducting a humidity test, it is necessary to check whether the wet bulb gauze is properly hung. If it is hung properly, check if the gauze is moist. If the gauze has been dried or its water absorption effect has deteriorated, please replace or clean the wet ball gauze immediately.

During the experiment, bacteria will grow on the wet ball gauze. If the number of bacteria is too high, the water absorption of the wet ball gauze will deteriorate. Therefore, when contacting the low-temperature constant temperature bath, it is necessary to wash your hands thoroughly and wear gloves to prevent bacteria from being carried onto the wet ball gauze. Because the bath only conducts temperature related environmental tests for a long time, especially when conducting tests above 50 degrees Celsius, please remove the wet bulb gauze. Prevent the wet ball gauze from drying out and affecting the next humidity test.

Installation location:
1. The compressor should be placed in a clean, dust-free environment with no toxic, flammable, or explosive gases in the air and good ventilation (with hot air on the top and cold air on the bottom).
2. The air compressor must be installed indoors (if installed outdoors, a work shed needs to be built to protect various components of the unit), and the lighting brightness should be conducive to operation and maintenance.
If the outdoor environment is poor and there is a lot of dust, a coarse filter should be added to the air inlet of the room to reduce the indoor dust content and facilitate maintenance work.
4. The ambient temperature must be above 5 ℃ to ensure the normal circulation of lubricating oil.
5. There must be a certain amount of space around the air compressor, preferably 1.5 meters away from the wall, as shown in Figure 8, for operators to carry out daily operations, maintenance, and repair work.
6. Heat recovery: Approximately 85% of the output power of the compressor can be recovered in the form of hot air, so this energy should be considered when installing the compressor. The outlet of the hot air should be designed above the top plate of the screw compressor hood for easy pipeline connection.
