working principle

The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split, achieving the purpose of crushing; When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw decreases. Under the action of the tension rod and spring, the movable jaw plate separates from the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber. As the electric motor continues to rotate, the crusher's jaw undergoes periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, achieving batch crushing.

Type of hopper

Multiple hoppers are available, allowing for the selection of hoppers for specific applications. Can be paired with a sample hopper for loading 10 liters, with a connecting rod to connect the sample to the standard hopper, and a manual thruster to feed the sample into the crushing chamber. Special hoppers can be used for rapid transportation of small and large quantities of bulk materials. The closable hood effectively prevents sample splashing.

Collecting container

Configure a standard container with a sample volume of 10 liters, which can be paired with a collection funnel with an outlet, a 26 liter large capacity container with a flexible connecting flange and a wheel carrier, to meet dust-free operation.
