The Japanese JBC fully automatic crankshaft hardness tester and the fully automatic crankshaft hardness measurement system are composed of the Japanese JBC crankshaft testing system and the German KB150R Rockwell hardness tester, which realize the functions of moving, rotating, testing, and data transmission of the fully automatic crankshaft worktable. The operator only needs to place the crankshaft sample on the fully automatic workbench and use the clamping device to clamp it, without the need to manually flip the sample.

*The touch screen display has a clear touch screen with high integration PC board. Clearly display all operational steps, measurement conditions, and measurement data.

As a standard feature, small load accurate Brinell hardness testing. Just add the option '1mm diameter steel ball indenter'.

As a standard function, the Kc value determination in accordance with JIS R1607/IF method, together with micro Vickers and/or Knoop, is very effective for determining the quality of new materials.

The replaceable aperture light bar and field of view light bar with a new light source mechanism can provide higher resolution with easily replaceable color filters at both high and low magnification levels.

The designed measurement line with a width of 0.04 millimeters provides clear and accurate measurements.

The new tower mechanism can expand the observation range of the sample to four objective lenses, and different magnifications can be easily used by rotating the objective lenses. By selecting the appropriate objective lens, the placement and reading of the indentation can be made more accurate and reproducible.

The new tower structure can use two pressure heads. This eliminates the need to replace the indenter when measuring Vickers or Knoop hardness.

Automatic turret provides a quick and easy operation sequence without the need for manual turret rotation. Manual rotation of the tower is also allowed.
