1Settings:

In the operation interface, press the setting button to enter the setting interface, then press the setting button again to move the setting content to the mold diameter, and then press the setting button again to return to the operation interface.

Note: Time settingbecome“0”When, represents setting the time to infinity.

In the operation interface, pressdown“+”Key, increase setting number;

In the operation interface, pressdown“-”Key, reduce the setting number;

2Operation:

Upper board: Press on the operation interfacedown“upboard”Button, the upper board will start heating up to the set temperature and automatically time and maintain a constant temperature. After the timer ends, stop heating. Or press againdown“upboard”Button, stop heating on the upper board. During the heating process, all setting buttons are invalid.

Lower board: Press on the operation interfacedown“downboard”Button, the lower plate will start heating up to the set temperature and automatically time and maintain a constant temperature.

After the timer ends, stop heating. Or press againdown“downboard”Button, stop heating the lower plate. During the heating process, all setting buttons are invalid.

Zero setting: If the sample is not in contact but the device displays pressure, it may be due to the weight of the heating plate. We can pressdown“placezero”Press the button to reset the pressure to zero, making the force on our sample more accurate.

1、Place the sample into the heating plate.

2、Pre press the sample, close the door and start vacuuming.

3、Set the temperature and holding time required for heating.

4、After setting up, return to the main operation interface.

5、On the user interface, press the upper and lower heating buttons to start heating the heating plate.

6、After the temperature reaches the set temperature, heating begins.

7、After the pressurization is completed, release the release valve and open the compartment door.

8、Take out the sample.
