JPC-600D 300Operation steps of dual tablet electric heating tablet press:

1、press“plushot”Key, power on the upper and lower heating plates.

2、press“setplace”Key, adjust the position of the temperature controller to control the heating temperature value.

3、press“+”Press the key to increase the numerical value for controlling the heating temperature.

4、press“-”Press the key to decrease the numerical value for controlling the heating temperature.

5Side of tablet presshave2Group water cooling, can quickly cool the heating plate with water supply [optional].

6Tighten the oil drain valve stem on the side.

7Shake the pressure handle to apply pressure to the tablet press, and the heating plate begins to rise.

8Apply pressure to the required level and hold the tablet press for a period of time.

9Release the oil drain valve stem and release the pressure.

10Return the heating plate to its initial position.
