1Settings:

In the operation interface, press the setting button to enter the setting interface, then press the setting button again to move the setting content to the mold diameter, and then press the setting button again to return to the operation interface.

Note: Time settingbecome“0”When, represents setting the time to infinity.

In the operation interface, pressdown“+”Key, increase setting number;

In the operation interface, pressdown“-”Key, reduce the setting number;

2Operation:

Upper board: Press on the operation interfacedown“upboard”Button, the upper board will start heating up to the set temperature and automatically time and maintain a constant temperature. After the timer ends, stop heating. Or press againdown“upboard”Button, stop heating on the upper board. During the heating process, all setting buttons are invalid.

Lower board: Press on the operation interfacedown“downboard”Button, the lower plate will start heating up to the set temperature and automatically time and maintain a constant temperature.

After the timer ends, stop heating. Or press againdown“downboard”Button, stop heating the lower plate. During the heating process, all setting buttons are invalid.

Zero setting: If the sample is not in contact but the device displays pressure, it may be due to the weight of the heating plate. We can pressdown“placezero”Press the button to reset the pressure to zero, making the force on our sample more accurate.

1、Place the sample into the heated mold.

2、Press the settings button to enter the settings menu and set the heating temperature and holding time.

3、Press the heating button to start heating the heating plate.

4、If the initial pressure is not zero, press the zero button to reset the pressure to zero.

5、Shake the handle and apply the required pressure to the sample.

6、Release the oil drain valve stem and take out the sample.
