The JCB0103-2 diesel nozzle tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of SH/T0130-2007 standard for determination of polymer shear stability (diesel nozzle method). It is composed of a Bosch dual piston injection pump from Germany and an atomization chamber with a nozzle and nozzle bracket.
JCB0103-2 Diesel Nozzle TesterAccording to the current standard SH/T0130-2007, the determination of shear stability of polymer containing oil (diesel nozzle method) is carried out within the pressure range of 13.0Mpa-18.0Mpa. The reference oil (RL-34) has a kinematic viscosity loss value of 2.5mm2/s-2.85mm2/s at 100 ℃ to determine the shear stability of polymer containing oil. The European diesel nozzle tester is used to measure the kinematic viscosity loss of polymer containing oil at 100 degrees, and the viscosity loss reflects the degree of degradation of the polymer under the shear action of the nozzle. When polymer oil passes through a diesel nozzle at a certain shear rate, it will cause degradation of polymer molecules, which will lead to a decrease in the kinematic viscosity of the sample. The mechanical shear stability of polymer oil is expressed as the percentage of viscosity loss.
