The particle strength tester is a modern testing instrument that determines the strength and durability of granular materials by applying external forces (such as compression, shear, or tension) to the sample and measuring the changes before and after the sample fractures. A new type of instrument that uses sensing measurement technology to achieve digital display. Suitable for measuring the crushing strength of spherical or cylindrical granular materials, it is an ideal new generation testing instrument for determining the strength of samples such as fertilizers, drugs, catalysts, and particles.
It is a comprehensive product combining microcomputer technology, electronic technology, and mechanical technology. It uses a single-chip microcomputer as the control core of the entire instrument, high-precision force sensors as force detection elements, high-precision length measuring devices as length measuring instruments, and precision operational amplifiers to ensure linear processing of analog signals. The use of a single-chip microcomputer, with its real-time sampling, judgment, analysis, and comparison, has enabled the accuracy of the instrument to reach a certain level. This instrument has high accuracy, comprehensive functions, simple operation, and a high cost performance ratio. The instrument has the functions of data storage, repeated display, and calculation, without calculation errors, ensuring the accuracy of the calculation results.
The intelligent particle strength tester adopts measurement and control technology, which can automatically complete operations such as force application, measurement display, locking and resetting of the maximum strength value. It is a new type of instrument with a high degree of automation and a wide measurement range. Notes:
1. Do not rotate the handwheel clockwise without power on, so that the force lever comes into contact with the sample plate and is subjected to force, in order to avoid damaging the sensor due to overload.
2. At the end of the experiment, attention should also be paid to keeping the force rod away from the sample tray and confirming that it is in a non stressed state before turning off the power.
3. During the experiment, when the particles have been subjected to force, the handwheel should be rotated as slowly as possible to minimize the rate of force increase, which can ensure measurement accuracy.
4. If the instrument malfunctions, it should not be disassembled by oneself and should be returned to the factory for maintenance.
