The intelligent particle wear tester uses a single-chip computer to control the stepper motor to drive the grinding cylinder to rotate and wear the material. Due to the use of microcontroller control, its rotation speed is precise, uniform and stable, and the noise is low. Also, due to the use of a stepper motor, it directly drives the grinding cylinder without any transmission errors. The clock source for motor speed control uses a low drift quartz crystal oscillator, and the oscillation frequency of the oscillator depends on the natural frequency of the quartz crystal oscillator. Therefore, the difference from other manufacturers using other types of motors or oscillation sources is that no matter how long the instrument is used, it does not require speed calibration, which is convenient for users to use. The working status information of the instrument is indicated by LED light-emitting tubes, which are clear and intuitive.
