1. System functions:

1.1 Used for creating anaerobic (oxygen concentration of 0%), microaerophilic (oxygen concentration of 6%), and anaerobic and microaerophilic environments with special oxygen concentration ratios, suitable for anaerobic bacteria, microaerophilic bacteria, and cell culture.

1.2 Used for the detection of Campylobacter jejuni, Streptococcus pyogenes, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Shigella required by the national food safety standard GB4789; It can also be used for the isolation and cultivation of anaerobic, microaerophilic, and special oxygen concentration cultured bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens in natural mineral water for drinking.

2. Technical parameters:

2.7 Quality Control Program: Each time the system generates the required gas environment, it will perform five tests on the culture tank, including gas source pressure, pipeline connection, tank body sealing, tank cover sealing, and catalyst activity, to ensure the sealing of the culture tank during cultivation;

2.8 Gas consumption: Achieve a microaerophilic gas consumption of ≤ 2 L/12 per petri dish; Achieve anaerobic gas consumption ≤ 7L/12 petri dishes;

2.9 Anaerobic catalyst: Equipped with anaerobic catalyst and auxiliary instruments to achieve 0% oxygen concentration; Reusable and does not generate chemical waste;
