Intelligent door lock durability testing deviceThis system is used for simulating behavior testing of electronic anti-theft locks and other products such as fingerprint door opening, key door opening, password door opening, magnetic card door opening, etc. It provides multiple testing modes for testing selection and meets the testing requirements of GB 21556-2008 General Technical Conditions for Lock Safety, JG/T 394-2012, IEC 62692 Digital Door Lock System Standard, UL294 Access Control System, UL1037, BHMA A156.25, BHMA A156.13, BHMA A156.36 and other relevant standards. An integrated lifespan testing system designed specifically for password electronic door locks, fingerprint electronic door locks, and card swiping intelligent door locks.

4、 Technical features:

1. The experimental machine can simultaneously clamp and test 1-2 door locks;
2. The door frame is made of 100mm x 50mm x 3mm square tube and is easy to disassemble. It can be equipped with a locking plate and can be installed with 3 screws. The installation position can be adjusted up and down by 350mm. (External dimensions: length (1800mm-2300mm) X width 1320mm X height 2500mm);
3. Electronic lock testing process (hotel door lock):

Each workstation can carry loads of 10N, 25N, 50N, and 120N (European standards) respectively, with the load position 25.4mm away from the door edge (changed to 50mm, adjustable left and right) and horizontal as the centerline of the handle. Using steel wire rope pulling method, micro adjustment can be achieved up and down;
