Discharge gun comprehensive tester

The discharge gun comprehensive tester mainly tests the functions of national standard AC guns, national standard DC guns, European standard AC guns, European standard DC guns, American standard AC guns, American standard DC guns, and Tesla guns. Each gun can enter an independent QR code, and the test results are automatically saved in a report. If the test results are qualified, they can be printed. All functions are automatically tested in one go, with high efficiency and labor-saving, suitable for factory batch full inspection.

3、 Main parameters

5. The scanning gun is input into the computer, and the device is equipped with a scanning gun code that can scan the barcode on the test sample. Before testing, scan the barcode or QR code on the product. After the test is completed, the scanned barcode can be associated with the test record, and subsequent test data can be traced through the corresponding barcode

6. The tests for wire breakage, conductivity, short circuit, and line sequence misalignment are scanned and detected using PLC input and output. After the PLC test is completed, it automatically determines whether it is qualified

7. CP/CC built-in resistance test range: 1~5000 ohms, accuracy 1%

The resistance values of the communication gun are as follows:

DC gun CC1/CC2 resistance test: 0~5000 ohms, accuracy 1%

You can set the upper and lower limits of the resistance to determine whether the resistance is a good product

8. Thermistor testing range: 100~50000 ohms, accuracy 2%, set upper and lower limits to determine if the on resistance is good

9. Electronic lock test: Drive voltage: DC12V, can output positive and negative voltages to drive the connector or disconnect, with monitoring switch contacts to determine if they are conductive and whether they are good or bad.

10. Inter line insulation test: single-phase test L-N, L-E, E-N, three-phase test L1/L2/L3/E-N, L1/L2/L3/N-E, N/L2/L3/E-L1, L1/N/L3/E-L2, L1/L2/N/E-L3, DC test positive negative pole, positive pole ground, negative pole ground

Alarm insulation resistance value can be set: When the resistance value is less than the set value, it is defective

4、 Computer software

The software supports Win7 and Win10, and all parameter settings can be completed through the software. The test results of each product will be saved in real-time to the computer for easy access, viewing, and export analysis. The testing system reserves a communication interface that can be integrated with the MES system to upload test data to the MES database, facilitating customer control.

Data storage: After the test is completed, the test data is stored in real-time.

Data export: Tested data can be exported in EXCEL format.
