1、 Overview:

Cable component temperature monitoring function testing deviceSatisfy the temperature monitoring and protection function test of DC vehicle interface in Article 8.4.2.2 of GB 44263-2024, as well as the temperature protection function of AC charging interface. It can simulate the heating of the gun socket pin, test whether the charging gun head can sense the temperature exceeding the limit, and automatically switch the power supply of the charging pile. It adopts PLC and touch screen control, and PDI temperature controller automatically controls the temperature, achieving temperature adjustment, constant temperature, and timing function within the adjustable range.
