Installation and placement precautions
Ground requirements: After the constant temperature and humidity incubator is placed on the ground, the ground should be flat and placed steadily to prevent vibration and noise.
Space requirements: It should be placed in a cool, dry, well ventilated place away from heat sources and direct sunlight. To ensure effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm, there should be a 50mm gap on the side of the box, and there should be at least 300mm of space at the top of the box.
Grounding requirements: The box shell should be properly grounded to prevent electrical leakage; The casing should be reliably grounded.
Precautions during use
Before operation
Internal and external inspection: Conduct internal and external inspections before use. If there are any items stored by others inside the box, take them out and put them away; Check whether the test switch, temperature control handle, etc. are flexible and easy to use; Open the air vent and insert the thermometer; Pay attention to whether the power supply matches the nominal voltage on the nameplate.
Avoid hazardous environments: To prevent machine malfunctions, please provide a power supply within the rated voltage range; This product is non explosion proof and should not be used in environments with flammable or explosive gases; Do not turn on the power until installation and wiring are complete.
In progress
Load placement: During normal operation, the placement of loads inside the box should not affect air circulation to ensure uniform temperature inside the box; Avoid overloading and do not put too many samples into the incubator to avoid affecting the uniformity and stability of temperature and humidity.
Switch box door: Try not to open the test box door during instrument operation. Opening it at high temperatures may cause burns to the operator, and opening it at low temperatures may have adverse effects on the staff; Wait until the temperature inside the box is not very high before opening the door to prevent the glass door from breaking due to sudden cooling.
Temperature regulation: If the heating indicator red light is not on, turn the temperature control knob clockwise until the red light is on; When the temperature inside the box approaches the desired temperature, perform the corresponding heating wire switch operation and adjust the temperature control knob; The scale indicated by the temperature control knob is not the temperature inside the box. After each constant temperature, the constant temperature and the scale indicated by the knob can be recorded accordingly for future reference.
Prevent condensation: reduce condensation on the surface during module testing; There shall be no condensed water droplets on the test piece at the top of the cabinet; During the experiment, condensed water should not condense on the vibration table.
