TIME2520 coating thickness gauge is a new platform based deviceIntelligent coating thickness gaugeIt can be connected to a mobile phone through Bluetooth and has powerful functions through the Times Intelligence Detection APP. TIME2520 data display relies on the powerful functions of mobile apps to display measurement data more clearly. Various settings are easily visible on one interface, and powerful post-processing can also be achieved after measurement.
The intelligent sensor is built using a brand new platform and signal processing circuit, enabling it to achieve signal processing, signal digitization, work status prompt, data transmission and other functions in a limited space. At the same time, the application of digital technology in sensor signals has significantly improved its anti-interference ability compared to traditional analog signal transmission, resulting in more accurate and stable measurements.
At present, intelligent measuring heads can achieve automatic identification and measurement of iron and non-ferrous metals, with a measurement range of 0-1500 μ m for iron and 0-700 μ m for non-ferrous metals, which can meet the needs of the vast majority of scenarios.
1) Magnetic principle
Suitable for measuring non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates; By using a closed magnetic circuit composed of a magnetic probe and a magnetic metal substrate, the presence of a non-magnetic cover layer can cause changes in the magnetic resistance of the circuit. The thickness of the cover layer can be calculated by measuring the changes in magnetic resistance.
2) Principle of eddy current
Suitable for measuring non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates; When the high-frequency alternating current in the probe coil generates an electromagnetic field, eddy currents are generated on the metal substrate, and the thickness of the coating layer is derived by measuring the feedback effect of the eddy currents.
The smart sensor is compact in size and easy to carry, with a diameter of 21.5mm (receiver)/16mm (probe) * 130mm;
Equipped with anti fall hanging rope;
The front positioning terminal of the sensor has a V-shaped groove, which can measure small diameter parts and can be freely disassembled to measure small spaces (without installation) and large diameter parts (replacing large volume positioning terminals);
The intelligent sensor part is powered on through buttons and displays the instrument status through different lights;
L has a free calibration method with zero point calibration and multi-point calibration (up to 5 points);
The resolution is 0.1 micrometers (or 0.001 mil);
Measurement accuracy ± (1% H+1);
The factory has been calibrated and can be used immediately after unpacking;
Users can activate up to 70+/minute rapid measurement mode and faster continuous measurement mode;
L can be charged through TYPE-C interface;
The APP has an alarm function and can freely set the upper and lower limits of the alarm;
The app hasmaximumThe display function of statistical values such as minimum, average, and variance;
The APP can achieve a large amount of data storage (depending on the phone's memory);
