Intelligent Toxicity Control SystemSICTOX
Early detection of toxicity and protection of biomass.
The SICTOX algorithm detects toxic substances before they enter the wastewater treatment plant, thereby protecting biomass and ensuring the stability of biological processes.
This excellent system can respond early to possible toxic leaks, ensuring that the bacteria in the aeration tank are not affected.

toxicity test
The SICTOX algorithm is based on toxicity testing and can identify toxicity events early. The detection process is divided into two key steps:
Phase 1:
Pump the mixture into the breathing chamber.
Aeration until saturation ("endogenous" state).
Addition of ammonium chloride/sodium acetate and calculation of nitrification rate Rsmax.
Phase 2:
Pump the mixed solution and the imported sample from the plant wastewater treatment plant into the breathing chamber.
Aerate to saturation.
The addition of ammonium chloride/sodium acetate and the calculation of nitrification rate Rsmax.
The algorithm ultimately calculates the toxicity inhibition rate, and the formula is:
(Inh(%) = 100(1-Rsmax[Fabric+Substrate+Sample]/Rsmax[Fabric+Substrate])

Nitrification test
The SICTOX algorithm also relies on nitrification testing as an additional confirmation of system toxicity inputs. This experiment verifies that the nitrification conditions are correct or that they have been altered by the presence of toxic substances.

control loop
Based on the results of nitrification and toxicity tests, a mixed control circuit was established to ensure effective detection of toxicity. This cycle allows for early action, such as bypassing, to be taken before toxicity reaches the aeration tank, avoiding damage to biomass.

Advantages and specifications of SICAIR
Key benefits:
Real time accuracy: Continuously adjust according to bacterial respiration to ensure accurate oxygen levels.
Energy saving: Optimize the use of blowers to reduce energy consumption by up to 30%.
Rainwater and overload event detection: automatic adjustment of dilution and overload events to maintain process stability.
Traditional probe backup: When the system fails, activate the traditional probe control to avoid interruption.
Technical Specifications:
Control technology: based on bacterial respiratory dynamics (Rn/AUR) algorithm.
Energy optimization: Energy consumption can reach up to 30%.
Compatibility with probes: In the event of a malfunction or failure, the system automatically switches to traditional ammonium probe control.
● Integration with SCADA: Through MODBUS TCP bidirectional communication, ensure complete interaction with factory SCADA.
Real time monitoring: Record comprehensive respiratory measurement data and adjust ventilation during dilution (rainfall) and overload periods.
● Compatible sensors: oxygen, pH, redox, and temperature.
Online respiratory monitor SN8
Real time process control and optimization
SN8 is an online breathing apparatus designed to interact with processes and serve as a tool for better control and optimization. For this purpose, SN8 consists of DO, temperature, pH, and ORP probes. It can control the main processes of sewage treatment plants: organic matter degradation, nitrification, and denitrification.

Detection and Parameters
Using the SN8 breathing apparatus, perform the following tests, which can continuously and automatically provide the following parameters:
● Comprehensive respiratory measurement: OUR (mg O2/l · h), SOUR (mg O2/g · h)
Nitrification rate: AUR (mg NH4/l · h), SAUR (mg NH4/g · h)
Denitrification rate: NUR
Hydraulic retention time (HRT)
● Oxygen demand
● Mud Age (TRC)

Problematic activated sludge process
Slow dynamics make it difficult to make decisions when problems arise. No matter what measures are taken, their impact on the process cannot be clearly observed within a few days.
On the one hand, it is important to detect problems as early as possible, and on the other hand, to make the right decisions from the beginning. However, it is impossible to evaluate biological processes through physical or chemical measurements, requiring direct information on biomass and the impact of the wastewater to be treated on it, which the SN8 breather can achieve.
