1、 Product Description

At present, sterilization workshops, laboratories, and operating rooms in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biological products, health products, beverages, and hospitals widely use the colony assay to determine the number of bacteria in the air.

Although this method is simple, it has many drawbacks:

(1) Cannot know the number of bacteria contained in a unit volume of air;

(2) Due to the slow natural sedimentation of bacteria, it is difficult to collect, with low efficiency and long collection time;

(3) The sedimentation of bacteria is influenced by airflow, resulting in significant errors.

(1) The collection port is designed with 397 micropores, which can reduce the overlap of dust and bacteria during the sampling process and reduce counting errors (Anderson principle level 5);

(2) SuXin independently develops flow sensors with stable sampling flow;

(3) Infrared remote control operation to avoid the influence of human factors during the sampling process;

(4) Parameters such as sampling volume and sampling time are stored on a page by page basis and can be communicated with a computer through a USB port;

(5) Large capacity rechargeable battery, capable of continuous sampling for over 6 hours;

(6) When used in conjunction with the SuXin compressed gas detection device, it can detect the concentration of microorganisms in compressed gas.
