1、 Product Introduction:

CAAM-2024EAtomic absorption spectrometerIt is jointly developed by multiple industry experts in China and renowned professors from Tsinghua University. It mainly uses flame atomic absorption analysis method, and also has multiple functions such as flow injection hydride atomic absorption method and graphite furnace atomic absorption method. It is a physical and chemical analysis instrument with many functions and high cost-effectiveness. Professors Wu Tingzhao and Chen Lianyuan, who developed this instrument, are experts in the atomic absorption industry in China for many years and have experience in developing various types of instruments. They have combined their years of experience to improve the sensitivity of the instrument's element testing to a new level. The special technology enables the sensitivity of flame atomic absorption to reach a high level, that is, 1 μ g/ml/Cu absorbance ≥ 0.3 (sensitivity<0.015 μ g/ml/1% A).

Atomic absorption spectroscopy analysis technology is widely used in the analysis and testing of various industries such as food and beverage dairy products, biopharmaceuticals, metallurgical geology, health and epidemic prevention, petrochemicals, water quality monitoring, environmental monitoring, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, building materials, electronic and electrical materials, etc.

2、 Detection methods and detectable trace elements (for reference only):

The flame method (air acetylene) can detect elements up to PPM level.

Sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), platinum (Pt), gold (Au), copper (Cu), silver (Ag), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), bismuth (Bi), lithium (Li), etc.

The element detected by graphite furnace method has a small injection volume and high sensitivity (PPb level).

1. High performance lamp power supply: Equipped with high-performance dual cathode power supply, the instrument has a built-in high-performance element lamp (dual cathode element lamp) circuit to avoid unstable factors caused by the use of external current adapters.

2. When adjusting the combustion assistance ratio of the flame atomizer, the equipment's gas path box adopts a dual gas path control flow method, truly achieving flow control of gas and auxiliary gas. Due to the fact that many manufacturers only observe the flow rate of combustion assistance gas and rely solely on adjusting the gas flow rate, they cannot achieve true combustion assistance ratio regulation. Especially when making samples of organic components, the reliability of this aspect is highlighted. Some manufacturers can only reduce the output pressure of the auxiliary gas if they want to change the flow rate of the auxiliary gas, which brings a lot of unnecessary cumbersome processes to the operation.

3. The monochromator adopts a gap elimination screw sine mechanism for spectral separation, eliminating the phenomenon of backlash and return difference in the transmission mechanism, and achieving faster wavelength scanning speed.

4. Multiple slits are adopted, and special slits for high-temperature elements that can be used in the visible light region are specially added to avoid some elements that cannot be detected or the detection results are unreliable.

5. The control of the Element Lamp Lighthouse adopts dual synchronous wheel and dual synchronous belt technology to improve accuracy, ensure smooth, precise, and reliable operation.

6. Core key components:

1) Photomultiplier tube: Original Hamamatsu brand.

2) Grating: Developed by Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences

7. The graphite furnace temperature control probe directly monitors the inner wall of the graphite tube, closer to the sample position, and the actual experimental temperature monitored is closer to the true value. When replacing the graphite tube in the furnace head, the fully automatic pneumatic opening and closing of the graphite furnace head has been truly achieved. The use of pneumatic transmission to open and close the graphite furnace head is to make the equipment transmission more stable, and also to avoid some manufacturers manually opening the furnace head to replace the graphite tube after the gas is cut off, which may affect the reliability of some element detection due to limb contact.

8. The integrated design of flame atomizer and graphite furnace atomizer adopts electronic mobile platform technology, and the dual atomizer is automatically reset through software.

9. Standard platform graphite tube, utilizing the radiation of graphite tube for heating, optimizing the waiting temperature zone for atomization, effectively improving analysis sensitivity and stability.
