1. Product Overview

OLT-4010SClean room high-efficiency air vent leak detectorIt is a manual scanning counting leak detector designed according to the requirements of ISO14644-3 B.6 standard, specifically designed for leak detection of air outlet filters. KQ-4010S is easy to use, and its basic purpose is to check and measure the concentration of aerosols, achieving online leak detection of filters. The 8-inch color LCD touch screen can monitor the concentration changes at the downstream end in real time and observe the particle size range (0.3, 0.5, 1.3, 5, 10 μ m).

Users only need to input the leakage point count value through the three keys of "↑", "↓", and "Scan/Stop" (i.e. confirm key) on the handheld display, and during the scanning process, they can obtain the excessive information of the leakage points.

The OLT-4010S consists of four parts, with a 28.3L high flow particle counter as the main body, combined with a handheld scanning sampling probe, aerosol generator, and diluter.

OLT-4010S meets the requirements of ISO14644-3 B.6, EN1822, IEST-RP-CC001.3, cGMPs, and EU GMP.

A aerosol generator

The OLT-Q610 aerosol generator is a portable cold gas aerosol generator developed and produced by our company. This aerosol generator is suitable for air flow rates of ≤ 50000m3/h and can generate polydisperse aerosols with a maximum of 0.5-2 × 1013 P/h. It can meet the requirements of HEPA filter testing for all small clean units to large clean room air supply systems. KQ-Q610 produces a continuous and stable aerosol particle, which is easy to add to the solution.

Note: Customers need to configure their own compressed air pump or gas source.

B diluter

OLT-D110 is a portable diluter that can form a dilution ratio of 70-370. It can meet the requirements of HEPA filter testing for all small clean units to large clean room air supply systems. This diluter can form a stable dilution ratio, effectively protecting the leak detector.
