2、 Equipment Introduction
Insulation material high-temperature electrical strength testerIt is a testing equipment that combines room temperature to high temperature environment simulation and electrical strength testing. This system adopts a vertical box structure, equipped with convenient pulley feet and large observation windows, with both mobility and operational visibility. It can measure the breakdown voltage, dielectric strength, and withstand time of various insulation materials in high temperature environments and under power frequency or DC voltage.
3、 Equipment advantages
The temperature range is continuously adjustable from room temperature to 220 ℃, the heating rate can be set, and it has over temperature protection function. The uniform heating structure ensures even temperature distribution inside the working chamber.
Including overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, test overcurrent protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, safety door opening protection, software protection, test end discharge protection, and independent grounding protection. When the sample breaks down, the power can be quickly cut off within 0.1 seconds to protect the safety of the sample and equipment.

Suitable for testing the voltage resistance performance of materials such as transformer insulation paper, motor insulation materials, and high-voltage switch insulation components, simulating the impact of temperature rise on insulation systems under overload conditions.
