Points to note for mica board:

Due to the use of mica insulation, there are two types: powder mica paper and flake mica. The former can continuously produce adhesive mica paper on the equipment. The latter is similar to the general method of attaching cloud substrates for surface mounting. After the surface mounting is completed, a layer of surface adhesive is applied on top of it before it can be sent to the oven grid board for baking to remove volatile substances. After shaking and baking, cut the mica paper with adhesive powder into sheets at the tail of the machine for later use.

3. Stacking and pressing should be done according to the number of sheets. If there is reinforcement, a reinforcing material coated with adhesive should be added to the surface of the stacked sheet to form the stacked sheet, which is then hot pressed into one. The pressing process is similar to that of plastic mica board.
