Insulated digital megohmmeter

An insulated digital megohmmeter is a high-precision portable electrical safety testing instrument used to measure the insulation resistance value and absorption ratio/polarization index of electrical equipment, cables, and materials, automatically calculate the absorption ratio and polarization index, and diagnose insulation moisture or aging.

The UHV-2671 insulated digital megohmmeter produced by ultra-high voltage is composed of medium to large-scale integrated circuits. This table has high output power, high short-circuit current value, and multiple output voltage levels (with four voltage levels). The working principle is that the DC high voltage generated by the internal battery as a power source through DC/DC conversion is sent from the E pole to the L pole through the tested object, thereby generating a current from E to the L pole. After I/V conversion and division by a divider, the measured insulation resistance value is directly displayed on the LCD.

The output voltage levels of UHV-2671 insulated digital megohmmeter are 500V, 1000V, 2000V, and 2500V, equipped with equipotential protection rings and fourth-order active low-pass filters, which can effectively shield external power frequency and strong electromagnetic fields. It has high output power, strong load capacity, and strong resistance.

1. The UHV-2671 insulated digital megohmmeter has high output power, strong load capacity, and strong resistance. The digital megohmmeter shell is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the machine is equipped with equipotential protection ring and fourth-order active low-pass filter, which can effectively shield the external power frequency and strong electromagnetic field. Due to the output short-circuit current being greater than 1.6mA, it is easy for the test voltage to quickly rise to the rated value of the output voltage when measuring capacitive test samples. For low resistance measurement, the use of proportional design does not affect the accuracy of the test due to voltage drop.

2. The digital megohmmeter does not require manual labor and is powered by a battery. The range can be automatically converted. The clear panel operation and LCD display make measurement very convenient and fast.
