The UHV-201 High Voltage CT Ratio Tester is a precision electronic instrument designed to safely and conveniently measure the ratio, polarity, phase, and other parameters of current transformers in operation or to be put into operation without disconnecting the primary wiring or cutting off power (or cutting off power but with high voltage current passing through the primary side). It solves the problems of traditional "high current method" that require wire removal, bulky testing equipment, and safety risks.

UHV-201 series product features:

1. The product is composed of a primary current clamp (high-voltage detector), a secondary current clamp, a host, a high-voltage insulation rod, monitoring software, communication lines, etc. The primary current clamp uses wireless transmission of test data with a transmission distance of 100 meters.

2. The current clamp is made of high-performance Permalloy and magnetic shielding technology, which is almost unaffected by external magnetic fields, ensuring high precision, stability, and reliability for continuous monitoring throughout the year.

3. The host LCD display is clear at a glance, and it also has a large storage space that can store 3000 sets of data.

4. The monitoring software has online real-time monitoring and historical query functions, dynamic display, minimum and average value indication, alarm value setting and alarm indication functions, and historical data reading, viewing, saving, printing and other functions.

5. It also has the functions of high and low voltage clamp current meters, high-altitude current testers, and other products.

Notes:

Safety first: Testing must be conducted under the guidance of personnel familiar with the equipment and workflow. Strictly abide by the regulations for electrical safety work.

Correct grounding: The instrument host and the non measuring end of the CT secondary circuit under test must be well grounded.

Secondary side short circuit: Before testing, the non test terminal of the CT secondary winding must be short circuited and grounded to prevent accidental open circuit and dangerous high voltage.

Environment selection: Try to avoid testing in strong electromagnetic interference environments.

Jaw cleaning and closure: Ensure that the jaws of the detection clamp coil are clean and closed properly to obtain better signals.
