The 53131A universal counter can quickly and accurately complete tasks from fast signal processing to automatic limit testing. 53131A has a frequency resolution of 10 bits per second, a time interval resolution of 500 ps, and a complete set of testing and analysis functions. The device comes with two 225 MHz channels, and you can choose an optional third channel to measure up to 3 GHz.
