Therefore, conducting shell protection water tests for specific products or materials is an essential key procedure.
This set of waterproof testing equipment (IPX1-8) is a standard equipment, which includes a drip device, a swing tube device, a flushing device, and a immersion device. It needs to be installed in a specially designed laboratory to conduct artificial simulated rain tests on the product. The water inlet, drainage, and waterproof facilities in the laboratory must be installed in place. The entire set of equipment shares a water tank and a PLC LCD touch screen controller for integrated control. Through water pumps, electronic flow meters, and pressure sensors, it is used to assess and determine whether the casings and seals of electrical and electronic products, various electrical appliances, and lighting fixtures can ensure good working performance of the equipment and components after or during water testing. The device can simulate the external rainy environment and fully reproduce the impact of the external rainy environment on the product.
