The entire box adopts an integral structure, divided into three parts: upper, lower, and right. The upper part is the working room, the lower part is the mechanical room, and the right side is the electrical control cabinet. High quality materials are selected, processed and formed using techniques, and the outer shell and inner liner are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plates. The indoor sample rack and other accessories are made of stainless steel material, with a reasonable design and durability; The main door of the box is equipped with a large screen of visible tempered glass and a wiper to observe the test conditions at any time;

The design of the work rotary table is reasonable and the production is precise. It is driven by a servo motor and a reducer, and the speed can be directly set on the touch screen instrument. It is controlled by a PLC controller, and the operation is simple, avoiding the inaccuracy and tedious manual adjustment of similar equipment based on intuition in the past; The designed load capacity is 20 kilograms, rotating 360 degrees horizontally. The lower part of the turntable is equipped with a conductive slip ring, and the sample can be powered during the rotation test. The specimen can be connected to an external DC power supply without affecting the rotation of the turntable;

The equipment is equipped with a sufficiently large insulated water tank for water spraying, with stainless steel heating pipes arranged at the bottom of the tank and a PID automatic temperature controller. The experimental water is sourced from locally clean tap water, and the tap water inlet is equipped with a softening filter. Before entering the storage tank, it must be filtered and softened to prevent impurities from entering and reduce scaling; The experimental water can be recycled, and the water sprayed through the nozzle can be filtered and reused in the storage tank.

The water pump injects the water pressure from the water tank into the pipeline, and by adjusting the pressure relief valve, it maintains the specified flow rate and pressure and sprays out from the nozzle. The water pump is an imported high-pressure plunger pump from Italy, equipped with an ABB motor, and the nozzle is an imported atomizing fan-shaped nozzle

Flow meter: A high-temperature electronic flow meter is used, consisting of a flow sensor and a flow converter. The converter outputs a 4-20mADC signal, which is connected to the controller, controlled by it, and displayed.

Circuit control and protection system

Adopting an imported 7-inch LCD touch screen controller, PLC control can separately control the turntable speed, temperature, power on/off, water pump, and test time; The traffic is displayed directly on the touch screen.
