2、 Structure and Material

Shell: 316L stainless steel, compact structure, resistant to vibration and electromagnetic interference.

Connection thread: G 1/4 external thread (compliant with DIN EN 837 standard), suitable for standard industrial interfaces. Usually accompanied by M5 connector installation parts for calibration or pressure relief.

Display screen: 4-digit dual color LED digital display (red/green). When in normal working condition, it is displayed in green. 5、 Parameter Setting and Operation

The top of the sensor is equipped with 3 buttons, which can complete all settings:

Switch point setting: Press and hold the SET button. When the pressure reaches the target value, press ENT to confirm and quickly complete the switch point setting (teaching function).

Analog scaling:

Zero point and full point can be set.

For example, 4 mA does not necessarily correspond to 0 bar, it can be set to 10 bar; 20 mA does not necessarily correspond to 100 bar, it can be set to 50 bar (to narrow the analog quantity and improve the sampling resolution of specific intervals).

Display setting: The damping coefficient (filter) can be set to display stable and fluctuating numerical values.

7、 Precautions for use

Sealing: It is recommended to wrap the G 1/4 thread with raw tape or use a sealing gasket, but the torque should not exceed 25 Nm to prevent damage to the sensor base.

Medium compatibility: Although ceramic membrane has strong corrosion resistance, it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in strong acid and alkali media (unless compatibility has been verified).

Wiring: The power supply is reverse polarity protected, but it is recommended to use a Class 2 power supply for power supply.
