The XRW-300HA-6 hot deformation Vicat softening point tester uses a computer for display operation, and the control system is based on the second-generation ARM Cortex-M3 core microcontroller development and design. It has a 32-bit microprocessor with a high operating frequency of up to 120MHz and low power consumption, which is much higher than 16 bit and 12MHz microcontrollers. It has a large capacity flash memory, large capacity SRAM, rich IO port resources, and other peripheral components. The highly integrated measurement and control system has the characteristics of better real-time performance, faster speed, and higher stability. It adopts a 16 bit error free data AD chip based on ∑ - Δ technology, and the PID control algorithm makes the control smooth and reliable. 4. Equipment delivery and after-sales service

4.1Equipment transportation

This equipment is transported and insured by the supplier, and delivered to the doorstep.

4.3 equipment debugging

For products that require debugging

After the product arrives at the user's site, our company is responsible for debugging to meet the technical specifications required in the technical agreement attachment and pass the user's acceptance. If the equipment requires third-party metrological verification, the user is responsible for contacting and the cost is borne by the user, and our company is responsible for assisting.

For products that do not require debugging:

After the product arrives at the user's location, the user will unpack, install, and debug it themselves. If there are any objections, please notify us in writing within two weeks. If no objections are raised within two weeks, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted and our delivered products have met the contractual requirements.

5Customers may encounter difficulties or abnormal device status while using the device, and may contact them via phone orWeChatSeeking technical support and assistance from the company, if the customer service department cannot resolve the technical malfunction of the equipment through hotline service after confirming the customer's service request, and after mutual consultation, it is determined that on-site troubleshooting is necessary, the customer service department will assign engineers to analyze the cause of the malfunction on site within the promised time, develop a troubleshooting plan, and ultimately eliminate the malfunction.

5. Technical Data Confidentiality Agreement

ØThis equipment proposal belongs to our company's technical data, and the purchaser shall provide confidentiality obligations for the technical information and materials provided by us. Without the consent of our company, it shall not be provided to any third party. Regardless of whether this plan is adopted or not, this clause shall remain valid for a long time;

Ø We also assume confidentiality obligations for the written materials provided by the purchaser;

Ø If either party violates the provisions of this agreement, the defaulting party shall bear corresponding responsibilities and compensate for all losses arising therefrom.
