The dielectric constant tester (dielectric loss tester) is a newly developed fully automatic high-voltage dielectric loss testing system by our company. It can mainly measure the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of various solid insulation materials, such as insulation paint, resin and adhesive, impregnated fiber products, laminated products, mica and its products, plastics, cable materials, film composite products, ceramics and glass. The bridge is mainly composed of the main bridge body, test electrodes, and microcomputer control part. The test results are directly displayed on the built-in display of the bridge, and the test data can be transmitted to the PC through a dedicated wireless communication device.

1、 Overview:

ZJD-87 dielectric constant tester (dielectric loss tester) is a newly developed fully automatic high-voltage dielectric loss testing system by our company. It can mainly measure the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of various solid insulation materials, such as insulation paint, resin and glue, impregnated fiber products, laminated products, mica and its products, plastics, cable materials, film composite products, ceramics and glass. The bridge is mainly composed of the main bridge body, test electrodes, and microcomputer control part. The test results are directly displayed on the built-in display of the bridge, and the test data can be transmitted to the PC through a dedicated wireless communication device.

The solid test electrode configured in the ZJD-87 dielectric constant tester (dielectric loss tester) adopts a three electrode structure, which can effectively eliminate the influence of surface leakage current and make the electric field under the measuring electrode tend towards a uniform electric field. The design of this electrode is mainly based on the national standard GB1409.

3、 Characteristics:

The entire experimental process is controlled by a microcomputer, with fast balancing speed and high accuracy.

☆ Automatic measurement and calibration function for inter electrode distance.

☆ Has multiple testing modes:

1. Contact measurement mode (mainly used for measuring thick plates);

2. Non contact measurement mode (mainly used in thin film measurement);

The measuring electrode adopts a locally sealed design and can be vacuum treated in the space to reduce data dispersion caused by environmental factors.

☆ Equipped with a large screen LCD display, Chinese menu, and simple operation.

All test data is displayed directly without the need for secondary calculation. Such as measurement mode, test voltage/frequency, capacitance, dielectric loss, dielectric constant, and material thickness.

All measurement leads are connected internally, and external wiring is extremely simple. And reserve external detection interfaces.

This instrument adopts wireless communication mode and can upload data to a PC, as well as control and measure it through a PC.
